- I understand that I must make the required payment for the photoshoot before the booking is complete
- I understand that if I require to make split payments for a photography package that the photoshoot must be paid up front and then the rest must be paid on the agreed upon schedule. I understand that I will not receive my images until the full payment has been made.
- I understand that as Natalie Ayris Photography shoots on location, at times a photoshoot may be forced to reschedule due to weather. This is to ensure I get the most out of my photoshoot.
- I understand that if I need to cancel, I must give at least 48 hours in order to receive the full refund for the photoshoot. If I give less notice I will only receive 50% of the shoot payment back. If I give no notice and do not attend or such little notice that Natalie has already began travel to my photoshoot then I will not be entitled to any refund.
- I understand that if I need to reschedule, I must give as much notice as I possibly can. I understand that as long as I notify Natalie before she starts travel to the photoshoot, I can reschedule 1 time free of charge. Any reschedules after this will require an extra charge. If Natalie has already began travel to the photoshoot then I may lose up to 100% of the fee.
- I understand that Natalie Ayris Photography may sometimes use flash lighting and I must advise in advance if there are any health issues that prevent the use of flash.
- I understand that my photos will be shared on social media and the website to help promote the business. I am aware that I must opt out at the time of filling out my photoshoot form if I do not wish for them to be shared
- I understand that any photos on Natalie Ayris Photography's website are strictly copyright protected. Until I purchase an image and receive either a high or low resolution digital file, I may not screenshot or post the images at any time unless I have been given written permission to do so. If I do post any unpurchased photos without permission, this will result in a bill to purchase these images.
- I understand that when sharing any photos from my photoshoot that I have purchased that I must credit Natalie Ayris Photography. I also understand that I must not edit these photos when sharing as poor editing can reflect badly on the photography to the public and effect business.
- I understand that unless I purchase a high resolution file that I must not scan and reprint any copies of my prints, as this breaks copyright law. I also understand that low resolution files are for social media purposes only and I must not attempt to print them.
- I understand that if my dog/children do not behave on the day, I will not receive a refund for the photoshoot price, but I will be entitled to a refund/partial refund if I have pre-ordered any images.
- I understand that although Natalie Ayris Photography's dog portraiture is associated with Couture Canine, they are totally separate businesses and any issues I have with Natalie Ayris Photography must be addressed solely with Natalie and she will always to her best to rectify a problem.
- I understand that Natalie Ayris Photography is a part time business, so Natalie will always advise me at the time of the shoot of an estimated time for me to receive my photos. I am aware that Natalie also has a full time job so response times may be slower.
- I understand that printed products will take longer to arrive as Natalie Ayris Photography has to outsource for this. I will be advised an estimated time frame at the time of ordering.
- I understand that if I have any retouching requests, I must let Natalie know at the time of ordering the photos. If I have ordered a printed product, and I notice something I want retouching once I have received the item, or after the printing order has already been placed, there will be extra charges for reprinting and retouching. I understand that if I purchase high resolution images, these can be adjusted free of charge any time, however if I request retouching multiple times there will be extra charges for the time.
- I understand that I am solely responsible for myself, my children and my pets during the shoot. Natalie Ayris Photography cannot be held liable for any accidents that may happen in the photoshoot. If I do not deem a pose or part of the location safe, I am within my rights to say no and we will find an alternative in the required time.
- I understand that I am not to sell the images at any time to any third parties, even if I have purchased the high resolution files.
- I understand that my requirements must match the style of photography that Natalie offers. Natalie Ayris Photography cannot be held responsible if I request unacheiveable shots on the day due to picking a photographer who does not match my desired style.
